Based on the image you've uploaded, the vibrant red-orange flowers in the foreground appear to be Indian Paintbrush (Castilleja species), likely a type of scarlet paintbrush. The blue flowers out of focus in the background are very likely Texas Bluebonnets (Lupinus texensis). These two flowers are famous for blooming together in the spring in Texas.
